Science fiction drama by Dunedin newcomer.
Cam has a three year gig working on an energy station in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. His only companion is CC, the central computer. CC wants to be a person but does not know to achieve that.
Cam and CC become friends but CC seems to be hiding something. Can secrets ever be a good thing? What should Cam do when he finds out? Someone has a choice to make.
ONLY ONE CHOICE was written by transplanted Nelsonian Jim Risner and produced by the Dog Plasma Players.
The question was asked, "Why does no one ever do science fiction on stage?" This is the answer. Wait that is ambiguous. It makes it sound like maybe this is so bad that it ruins science fiction theatre forever. Take it the other way, this was the answer to science fiction theatre.
