A full body conditioning workout made up of Pilates inspired movement led by pilates, barre & dance fitness instructor Ally McDonald-Bull..
Ally uses her experience as both a performer and as an instructor of both Pilates and dance based fitness to provide creative sequences which challenge the body and the mind as well as keep it fun!
This class is aimed at an intermediate level but will also include exercise variations for those needing to adapt certain positions.
Entry to this class is free, or you can make a koha donation, but you need to register in order to be sent the Zoom link to the class.

With a professional background in the performing arts, Ally has developed a fun and creative approach to working in the health and fitness industry. When it comes to workout out Ally believes it should be both effective & enjoyable! Ally is all about bringing that positive energy, creative moves, terrible jokes, and even a bit of a sing along to her classes. Ally has worked as an instructor for over 4 years in Auckland, Paris, London and Mexico City. She is an experienced Pilates, Barre, and Exercise to Music instructor; she has taught for top physio and boutique fitness studios, schools, fitness festivals, studio openings, and media classes as well as for both private groups and individuals at home.
