An Oh Sweet Nothings Emergency Procedures EP post-release tour gig in your area has been declared:

Please loudly, and in a disorderly fashion, make your way to the designated Auckland assembly point (The Wine Cellar), where there will be hazardously good assortment of musical performances provided by some of the most dangerously phresh acts in town:

Lapis is the musical project of Achim (Akim) who was born in New Zealand to German parents. It is an ever evolving venture which at its core is driven by personal spiritual growth through creativity, and the desire to participate and share with others through performance, and to contribute to the world in a positive way.

Shoddy - Having recently opened for shoegaze legends The Jesus and Mary Chain, goth-glam-grunge-psych project Shoddy are here to lull you into their frantic and absurd world. Hailing from the underworld of Auckland city, and handling a multitude of instruments including saxophone, percussion and iPhone, their torch-burning tunes eases you in with hypnotically locked-in melodies, before blooming into an expressive tangle of stormy guitars, passionate vocal yowls and late night sax.

Oh Sweet Nothings - Wellington-based, indie/post-alternative/post-post-punk, 4-piece, mildly pretentious rock 'n' roll band Oh Sweet Nothings write whimsical love songs for the depressed and self-obsessed; self-subverting shanties for the self-doubtfuls; fun, silly adventurous music for the lonely and desperate.

Come on down and dance away some of that existential angst with us!
Doors at 8pm
Bands from 9pm

Tickets online or at the door.

See you there!
