Northland Performing Arts Competitions: Jazz & Tap Dance

A weekend of modern jazz and tap dance competitions featuring local and visiting dancers in the Capitaine Bougainville Theatre at Forum North. Entries have closed for this competition.

Sessions:
Friday 4 September: 5.30 pm
Saturday 5 September: 8 am, 11.30 am, 3 pm and 6.30 pm
Sunday 6 September: 8 am, 11 am and 3.15 pm approx.

Northland Performing Arts Competitions are an annual festival of dance, music and speech & drama offering a forum for children, students and adults to perform and compete against one another.

The 2020 festival sections are:
Dance
- Jazz & Tap Dance: 4 - 6 September
- Ballet: 26 - 27 September

Music
- Vocal Intermediate & Senior 13 years and over: 11 - 13 September
- Vocal Junior 12 years and under: 26 - 27 September
- Piano & Instrumental: 19 - 20 September

Speech & Drama: 19 - 20 September
