Zumba fitness is an all fun, no rules dance party. Let your hair out and groove with us. From Hip hop to 80's, Bollywood to Latin rhythms. You get to follow the dance moves on the spot, with lots of repetition. You can mirror my moves or add your flavour!

I guarantee you will come away with smiles and sweat. Great for beginners as I teach 2 levels. No experience necessary.
