Join the Selwyn Community Choir and Selwyn Youth Choir as we bring some "Movie Magic" to our friends, family and supporters.
The Selwyn Community Choir is a non-auditioned community choir for adults of all ages with hubs in Rolleston and Darfield. With about 80 current members, we usually sing in three-part harmony. We have enjoyed singing at ANZAC Day services in Christchurch and Canterbury over the past several years. Beyond this concert, we are looking forward to featuring at the Hororata Spring Fair as well as the Hororata Highland Games.
The Selwyn Youth Choir is a non-auditioned choir for young people from 9 years and upwards. The choir works hard to sound beautiful and enjoys learning to sing interesting arrangements of popular and musical theatre repertoire.
Both choirs are looking forward to performing, and to sharing our singing with our friends and family. This is especially the case since so many of our planned performances this year were interrupted by Covid.
