Our 1-day Movement and Wellness Retreat is completely about you.
A perfect opportunity to relax and recalibrate with mindful “Not Yoga” movement lessons, breathing and relaxation techniques. Plus you will take home tips and ideas for daily practices to integrate more movement and mindfulness into your everyday life.
Set within a beautiful orchard environment with birdsong and tranquility, you can expect to be refreshed, nourished and feel a little bit more awesome.
This 1-day great experience to book individually or to share with friends and family interested in enjoying an uplifting day of movement and wellness.

What are "Not Yoga" Sessions?
"Not Yoga" sessions are verbally guided lessons where you learn to move better and feel more awesome. Also known as Awareness Through Movement ® lessons, they integrate full-body movements to rewire your brain for easier, pain-free movement. You always work at your own level of comfort and there is zero pain, sweating or stretching involved. In fact, we operate on a no pain, more gain approach. You don't use tension or force to make changes. Instead, you pay close attention to the way you move to make improvements. Plus there's lots of rests along the way to embed the benefits and learning (and who doesn't like a little rest every now and then?).
Note: The “Not Yoga” movement sessions are expertly tailored to your level of experience and ability. Group size is limited to 10 people so you can receive individual instruction where needed and be able to ask questions.

Sarah is a Pain-free Movement Specialist and Certified Feldenkrais ® Practitioner with years of training and experience. She is passionate about guiding you to move more awesome at any age.
