Movement Meditation

Check out our new movement mediation class free on a Thursday. Release all those pent up emotions and ‘Get down and Earthy’ in a movement session that will help you reconnect with yourself and the elements as well as get a workout… sweat while having fun!

Both events will be followed by dinner.
