Moon Mud Workshop

Imagine you’re the first kid on the moon, what would you do? Make Moon Mud of course!

While there is no liquid water on the Moon, there are indications that there is ice below the surface in places, particularly within craters in locations near the poles. So if we could melt that ice, we could make Moon Mud, right?

Come and help us to imagine what Moon Mud would look and feel like. Build craters, planets, space stations and stars. Mould worlds and people unlike our own. Clay, aka “Moon Mud” supplied.

Held in the upstairs Education Room.
Cost $5 per child (materials included).
