Mobile Mountain Bike Wānanga With Dr Ihirangi Heke

Grab your mountain bike this conservation week and join Dr Ihirangi Heke and our community parks rangers at Totara Park. Along the way we'll explore taiao (nature) and oranga (well-being) through a mātauranga Māori (intrinsic Māori knowledge) perspective. Heke is a Māori health and physical education consultant involved in national and international projects aimed at improving health through physical activity.

Participants must supply their own well maintained mountain bike and helmet.
