Sharon, a registered Psychologist who specialises in mindful psychology, offers an opportunity to attend an authentic Asian tea ceremony to enhance mental well-being; whilst savouring the organic high-mountainous teas of Taiwan (Sharon's birth country).
This experience is definitely more palatable than meditation but can offer many of the same benefits. This unique Mindful hour is a real and shared physicality that blends being in the moment with the ceremonial art of tea.
When you share a space with others in tea, you can experience uplifting magic with many benefits, some are:

- Antioxidant rush (there really is a buzzy feeling)
- Conscious gratitude
- Creative mind flow
Pre-registration is a must. First come, first served. This is a sacred ritual preserved through small numbers.
