“The study of Milarepa’s life is a way of learning the meaning of life altogether.” - Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
An exploration of teachings from the Vidyadhara’s book: Lessons from the Life and Teachings of Milarepa.
This book is a treasure trove of teachings about how to be a student, how to relate with a teacher, how to practice meditation, how to deal with obstacles, how to teach and transmit the dharma, and much more!
It is evocative, provocative, visionary, pragmatic, and really funny.
“The sitting practice of meditation is regarded as one of the most profound and fundamental disciplines you could ever achieve. By doing this practice, you find that you become less crazy. You begin to develop more humor, more relaxation, and ultimately, more mindfulness.” - Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche
