Mana Moana 2020 brings together more than 15 leading creatives from across Aotearoa to create 45 minutes of moving image work. The seven artworks to be projected onto a screen of water were commissioned earlier this year for Mana Moana Digital Ocean - an immersive online collection of multimedia and video art.

Featuring Laughton Kora, Horomona Horo, Regan Balzer, Tina Ngata, Terri Ripeka Crawford, Warren Maxwell, Dr Johnson Witehira, Michel Tuffery, Kurt Komene, Kura Puke, Stuart Foster, Hinemoa Waikerepuru, Kereama Taepa, Dr Karlo Mila, Louise Pōtiki Bryant.

This artist-led project is curated by Rachael Rakena (Ngāi Tahu, Ngā Puhi) and Mike Bridgman (Tonga, Ngāti Pākeha), and produced by Storybox.
