From their perspective as an Asian American exploring kiwi-land for a while, their music provides a glimpse into the journey of self-acceptance and going against the grain to chase your dreams. You can hear this through their strong but vulnerable vocals and their heavy guitar that peaks through colours of sadness and reflection. Club Ruby is not afraid to tell it how it is and have a blast while doing it.
