Falling in love, breaking up, or getting along with a partner - these experiences touch us all, but what is the recipe for successful love? Buddhist approach to relationships can relax our minds, break bad habits, and use relationships to grow ourselves and benefit everyone around us.

We are delighted to invite you to a public talk by traveling teacher Dilia Navaro on Friday, 27 March, at 8:30pm.

The public talk will be about an hour-1.5 hour long, followed by Q&As and a guided meditation afterward.

If you've been curious about Buddhism and meditation, this is a great opportunity to find out more from an experienced practitioner with an engaging style. Both beginners and those with more experience are welcome.

Suggested donation: $10 per person
