To celebrate the release of their first new music in 2 years, Looking For Alaska will be shaking off those post-lockdown blues by hosting a single release gig at Nivara Lounge!
'Fall Into You' is the first single from their upcoming album 'Light and Shadow,' which is due for release this November. Featuring strong Angus & Julia Stone vibes, the song was produced and mixed by the legendary Ben Edwards in Lyttelton, and features fiddle playing by the amazing Pascal Roggen from Albi and The Wolves.
This is the first live show from Looking For Alaska this decade, following on from a busy 2019 which saw the duo tour Europe and deliver acclaimed performances at TSB Festival of Lights, Hamilton Gardens Arts Festival and Whare Flat folk festival, where they shared the bill with Nadia Reid and Aldous Harding.
Show starts at 8pm, with support from local indie-folk artist Reece Gielen. Don't miss out on what's sure to be a great night of music!
