A four week introductory course for those who find it difficult to sit.
From a Buddhist point of view if we want to change our behaviour, our attitude, and the way we express our emotions, we need to learn to be comfortable with ourselves. Sitting allows us to have some understanding of how our mental outlook affects our physical health and well-being.
Everybody is welcome, one does not need to be a Buddhist to attend.
