Join us for one hour of magical cosmic yoga from the comfort of your own home. Kundalini is a style of Tantric Yoga that works to help harness physical and emotional energies, strengthen the nervous system, regulate the glandular system, and support overall mind, body and spirit balance. It's also a powerful body-technology that helps generates magnetism and prosperity in your life. Stretch your muscles, shine your aura and build the stamina you need to do all the wonderful cool stuff you know you're capable of!

All live classes have no webcam, so if you're feeling Zoom fatigued, this one's for you. Instead, each week's lesson is a small website I code with hand-drawn how-to images that we'll go through together. I'll guide us through the steps, and you can refer back to angblev.com/yoga any time to practice the sets again yourself!

Koha/pay-what-you-can. Alternatively, if now is not a good time for cash, please take a piece of fruit and put it in front of your computer before we start class. Afterwards, eat it.
