In this class Chef MacLean Fraser from Artisan will teach you to chop with the confidence and precision of a pro.  Bring your knifes from home and we will sharpen them for you, and show you how to take care of them. We will also cover knife selection and give advice on the best places to pick up good quality knives that will last you a lifetime. 

Using your new found skills you will cook a delicious dinner which you will sit down and eat with Chef after the class.
