You’ll play fun games, do comedy exercises and collaborate with others to learn how to create and perform jokes and stories to share with the world.

Students will learn how jokes work, how to tell interesting and engaging stories, and how to see the funny in everyday life.

Tutor Brendon Green is a stand- up comedian with over a decade of experience in live performance. A Billy T Award Nominee (2014), Brendon also writes for ‘Have You Been Paying Attention?’, ‘7 Days’ and ‘The Project’. He is the Head Tutor of NZ Comedy Trust's popular Class Comedians programme for aspiring stand-up comedians. A veteran Edinburgh Fringe Festival and NZ International Comedy Festival performer, Brendon’s show ‘Humourism’ won best storytelling show at the 2018 Auckland Fringe Festival Awards.
