Ben Fernandez is one of the top pianists in the country and has a style that can adapt to any genre with ease.
He is formally trained in Western Classical music and has a degree in jazz.
Ben has composed for movies, jingles and played all over the world. It is really a treat to have him here playing at Hygge for our Jazz by the Sea, dinner at Hygge.
Lady Larisa is a popular artist locally, has toured internationally and opened for
Michael Bublé at his Mission concert. She recently recorded a jazz EP produced and mixed by Thomas Oliver which will be released soon. Besides writing her own material, she loves the styles of fabulous female singers like Nina Simone, Etta James, Billie Holiday, Dusty Springfield and Sade.
Ben and Larisa will be accompanied by Arahi on guitar, Alex Powley on bass and Chris Smith on drums
