'This class is especially designed for those of you that have been wanting to start Qigong for a while but have been waiting for a beginners group. I (Natalie) have noticed that many students join the existing classes but somehow feel they are missing some foundational information, and this course is designed to lead you step by step through the Yuan Qigong forms as well as guiding principles of Yuan Qigong so you have a solid background to continue.'
