This 1 day programme is ideal for people who are new to leading and managing people or outcomes.

This programme is designed to introduce you to the fundamental concepts and skills involved in how to transition from succeeding through your own work, to succeeding through the work of others.
Learning Outcomes:
Over the course of the day, you will;
- Learn about behaviour and preferences and how to recognise and respond to different styles and preferences in others.
- Learn the key principles of communication and how to deliver effective messages.
- Learn how to set up your team or project for success through good planning, delegation, and time management.
- Recognise and understand different types of conflict so you can build and maintain effective and healthy relationships.
