Heart of Yoga: CANCELLED

"Namaste. Due to rapidly evolving Covid-19 NZ guidelines related to travel and social gatherings, HOY will be postponing our weekly meet ups. During this social distancing period, we would like to invite you to join in from your home as we will be live streaming our weekly classes on our FB page. In this uncertain time we need to find a place of peace and the perfect way is through yoga and meditation. We want to keep supporting each other through this, and while at the moment the best way we can care for each other is by distancing, we can keep our community through these virtual ways.

This decision reflects developments around COVID-19 over the past 48 hours and the emerging position of the NZ government. While recognising it is late notice we are attempting to give people as much notice as possible. We hope for your understanding with this decision as a precaution to care for everyone’s health.
