Harp Yoga

Back by popular demand! The last session was a great success, so we are hosting another with the talented and charismatic Kotte at the helm.

No experience is necessary to relax and unwind in mid-December to the dulcet tones of the harp. Meet up with like-minded folk, and let go of stress and any hustle and bustle in the lead-up to summer holidays.

Some mats provided – just bring yourself, your curiosity and your own mat if you can.
