Greening Taupō Community Planting Day

Join Greening Taupō and the 'Vegetator Vennell' team to plant more native plants and trees!

Let's restore the Taupō environment for people and the native wildlife.

Bring your favourite spade, gumboots, gardening gloves and wet weather gear, just in case! We're planting rain or shine.

There will be a sausage sizzle and a hot drink afterwards for all planters. We might have a few Conservation Week prizes to give away!

How to find it: about 2km from Control Gates bridge on Wairakei Drive, look out for the Greening Taupō sign on the right.
