Free Italian Cuisine class with chef Diana

After the great success of the past edition the Italian Embassy is pleased to announce that also this year for Italian Cuisine Week in the world chef Roberto Diana has accepted to organize free cooking classes at Le Cordon Bleu. Please join Roberto once again for this hands-on cooking classes where he will share his secrets for a great home-made tomato sauce and pasta dishes together with the pleasure of an Italian red wine glass. Roberto has several years of experience gained within the best restaurants in the world, from Redzepi’s Noma in Denmark, Blumenthal’s Fat Duck, Cannavaciuolo’s Villa Crespi in Italy to Pacific favourite Bennet’s Vue Du Monde in Melbourne.
