Faces from the Earth Clay Making Workshop - Hannah Wilson

Uku (clay) is a fantastic medium for children to enjoy getting tactile with. Hannah Wilson will teach the basic skills required to make a face from a curved clay slab, including the score and sip joining method, and textural techniques to create a character. These masterful mud-pies won’t be fired but instead can be returned to the earth when you are finished admiring them.

There are two workshop session times:
Morning workshop, 11 am to 12:30pm, is for 6 - 8-year-olds
The afternoon workshop, 3:30pm to 5:00pm, is for 8 - 12-year-olds

Limited to 24 children per session.
