It's no secret that the French create seriously delicious pastry and cheese; and this year, since you can’t cross international borders to taste it, why not make it for yourself at Farmhouse Kitchen.
Sarah Jhearn from Mademoiselle Patisserie will lead a brioche-making workshop, showcasing the ins and outs on how to do it yourself, including kneading and folding, plaiting techniques and how to expand your brioche repertoire by filling it with custard.
Next Pauline will add to the feast, whipping up chevre for all, and helping you make your own.
Once all the fun of the workshop is done and dusted, reward your effort with a glass of Te Mata Winery’s finest and a French lunch - Pate de Champagne, Sweet Onion Goats Cheese Tartlet and Brioche dessert, plus a French vegetable salad.

Ticket price includes: 2 hour workshop, 2 course dinner plus a glass of wine, homemade brioche and goats cheese to take home and a recipe booklet.
