From early April through to Mid May we are celebrating National Youth Week with it's theme of 'we're speaking, are you listening?'
We are working alongside to encourage youth to bring out the creativity that is within them through spoken word, photography, and skateboard art workshops using local professional mentors/experts in these arts who can help develop their own skills and interest in this expression.
All art is then displayed in the grand opening event at Return to Eden Gallery with live performances and an exhibition open to the community on 11th July 5-7pm. We would appreciate a koha of $5 for entry to be reinvested back into Marlborough Youth Trust to assist in working with the youth of Marlborough.
The exhibition can be visited throughout Matariki also at Return to Eden for the following week.
