Over 5 weekly sessions you will learn about:
Responsibility:
Choice, challenge, owning your life, cause and effect, the ‘Way of the Warrior’.
Self-Awareness:
Controlling your stress response, slowing down, finding effortless ease.
Creative mind:
Creating your reality, the power of words, critical thinking, imagination.
Emotional Intelligence:
Self-expression, the strength of vulnerability, intuition, true listening.
Collaboration:
Authentic connection, open communication, building trust, co-creation.
Each learning session will be 60 mins long and lead by Thought Leader and motivator Adam Chalmers, director of Awaken Intelligence.
During these sessions you will move, learn, question, and practice; finding your own answers to the questions that arise.
Afterwards there will be another 60 mins set aside to hang out, share drinks and food and develop community. Sessions are at Yonder every Thursday 5pm for five weeks beginning the 12th of November. Commitment to attend every session is required.
Cost: $49 pp for all sessions including entry and a non-alcoholic drink. Numbers are limited so book in quick!
