Enriching Relationships with Birgit Saunders.

"Learning to cherish others is the best solution to our daily problems, and it is the source of all our future happiness and good fortune." - Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

Cherishing others is the path that leads to real happiness.
In this course we can learn methods that help us to feel more close, warm and friendly towards others.

If we develop a kind heart, a special mental attitude that cherishes other people at least as much as we cherish ourselves, our mind becomes more peaceful, and we feel happier.

Our relationships with others will improve and become more harmonious and if we then carry this special feeling of love into our daily life it will have a positive influence on everything that we think, say and do.

Classes start with a brief introduction, and a guided breathing meditation to help us relax and clear our minds. This is followed by a talk and time for questions. Then we do a second guided meditation, which is related to the teaching, and helps us the take what we have learnt into our daily life. There is usually some time for discussion during the evening and light refreshments are available after class.
