Dancing Freedom is a deeply somatic practice that encourages and supports the creative expression of each participant. By coming together in community and dancing in this way, we invite emotions to stir, creative juices to flow, and energetic shifts to occur. The music starts in grounding earth, then flowing water, energetic fire, free air and integrating ether.

You do not need prior dance experience. There are no moves to learn and the most important rule – You cannot do it wrong
