Dunedin's only chocolate tasting. Learn about chocolate making right from where cacao is grown to how it is crafted into bars. Walk inside the factory and see the OCHO team roast, grind, temper and wrap chocolate by hand. Taste the cacao from Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, and walk away understanding the difference between the world of Craft and Commercial chocolate.
