Saturday 1st February, East Meets West, 7.30-9pm gold-coin entry – features a special appearance by the Longjiang Arts Troupe from the Chongqing province in China, plus some of Aotearoa’s finest performing artists. Followed by a spectacular Fireworks Display on Wellington Waterfront to ward off evil spirits and bring good luck and fortune for the coming year.

Sunday 2nd February, Festival Day is split into four major activities, come and enjoy!
- Asian Market, 10.30-4.30pm at TSB Bank Arena and Shed 6 – fabulous foods like divine dumplings, roti-wraps, sweets, smoothies and sorbets, bbq meats, rice and noodles, just to name a few, plus traditional arts and crafts, demonstrations, VR experience, and competitions like flights to Singapore!

- Cultural Entertainment, 11am-5pm at TSB Bank Arena – an all-day stage show of international and local performers – dragon, lion, drummers, acrobats, singers, traditional dancers and more.

- Family Fun in the Park, 11am-3pm at Frank Kitts Park – free inflatables, free merry-go-round, petting zoo and face-painting; care-givers should give their feet and wallets a rest, let the kids do the running around, and let the food-trucks feed your tummies.
