Chinese New Year at Hot Sauce

Award-winning Executive Chef Jiwon Do has designed a menu to match all that anticipation and then some. Choose two or three plates – sashimi salad with truffle ponzu, stir fried noodles with bulgogi beef, and a kimchi and tofu dumpling bowl. Cheers to the year with Martel Cognac cocktails and luck out on surprises tucked into traditional red envelopes.
