Caccia Birch House Open Afternoon and Devonshire Tea

We've decided to open for another viewing. Entry is Free for the self-guided house tour.

We are also hosting a Devonshire Tea! The cost is $8.00 per person (no eftpos). Includes tea, coffee and a Devonshire scone, with date scone and savory scone options available.

Bookings are preferred so email manager@caccia-birch.co.nz with how many people and what time you would like to book in. First in first served, with limited walk-ups available.

Come and experience Palmerston Norths' Listed Category 1 Historic Homestead. Heritage features include the handcrafted rimu timber paneling and amazing four-metre high ceilings.

Follow the signs to learn how the rooms would have originally been used.

If you love Magnolias, now’s the time to visit, as they are in flower, and the scent is divine. Weather permitting, bring your picnic blanket and your afternoon tea, and chill out on the lawn among the Tui and the Kererū.

The Coach House Archive will be open with displays about the history, the past owners and how the house was rescued from dereliction and destruction in the eighties and brought back to life in the nineties to become a thriving venue holding many weddings and celebrations and currently creating new history!
