We all have habits that seem hard to break. Nobody really wants to engage in compulsive behaviour that threatens their health, yet we can find ourself doing this on a daily basis. Nobody wants to hurt the people they love, yet it’s often easy to do. Bad habits make us unhappy, unhealthy and destroy our relationships and self esteem.

On this meditation workshop Kelsang Shechog will explain the negative mental patterns that keep us compulsively engaging in negative behaviours that harm ourself and others. Through understanding Buddha’s teachings on the mind we can gain confidence in our potential to change. We can then replace even our most stubborn habits with profoundly beneficial ways of thinking and living that lead to peace and happiness.
