Bling n' Fibre

“Bling ‘n Fibre” is the latest exhibition until 9th August and is a collaboration between felt artist Raewyn Penrose and jewellers Stuart and Virginia Angus of felted and silk clothes beaded and enamel jewellery.
Raewyn Penrose is a professional fibre artist, operating her gallery/studio just south of Coromandel Town, on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula. Stuart Angus became interested in jewellery as he has always collected rocks and mineral. In this exhibition he is showing a selection of necklaces and earrings all made in copper and enamel. Virginia makes jewellery from beads, embroidery and hand-blown glass.

Raewyn is in the gallery to talk about her work – come along and meet her and try on one of her beautiful creations! The Arts Junction is open Mon-Friday 9am-3pm and Sat-Sun 10am-2pm.
