Join us for bubbles, lunch and laughter at the famous Nola Cafe in Waipawa.

Our special lunchtime guest and speaker Wendyl Nissen will captivate with stories of her life as a journalist, magazine editor and broadcaster.

She gave up her corporate life 15 years ago and now lives in the Hokianga with her husband, 10 chickens, two dogs and a three-legged cat.

Wendyl is the creator of the Green Goddess natural cleaning products and author of seven books including the recently published A Natural Year, which follows her life in the Hokianga countryside over a twelve-month period.

A winter warming lunch will be served and accompanied by delicious bubbles from Hawkes Ridge Winery.
