Animal Reiki Workshop

Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing for people and animals.

By fine-tuning specific entry points, through an attunement process, this helps awaken our own innate healing potential.

Through Reiki, we rediscover and express our own sacredness or True Self. Gifting this energy allows us to explore greater Universal Love and compassion for all life.

This transformative workshop will teach skills to help you deepen your connection to the animals you share the world with and with yourself.

Practice will be held from 5-6pm at the Cats Protection League Shelter, 29 Vancouver St, Kingston.

Workshop Facilitator: Jackie Segers is a Reiki Master/Teacher based in Auckland. She has been practicing Reiki and other natural therapies for more than 20 years. Jackie teaches with heart, passion and fun. She is the author of two natural therapies books for cats and dogs.
