Animal Blessing - Little Day Out

You are invited to bring your beloved animal to our animal blessing hosted by the Methodist Church Lay Minister Sam to celebrate the bond between humans and animals.

If you can’t bring an animal, you may wish to bring a picture of an animal you love or an endangered species in the wild. All animals must be on a leash or in a secure pen for the safety of other animals.

This event is organised by the Mt Eden Methodist Church Charitable Trust and the Mt Eden Maungawhau Village Centre Society, with generous support from Ray White Mt Eden and Albert-Eden Local Board to celebrate the great community we live in.



This is a Zero Waste event with all stall holders using compostable and biodegradable products. 



A 2 min walk from the bus stop and with two cycle stands in front of the centre, we can be reached easily without a car.


Free parking: Ngauruhoe St, Essex St, end of Poronui St or top of Grange Rd, 2-5 min walk.
