Kanuka Yoga Space is hosting an Acro Yoga Jam at the studio on Wednesday, 18th November.
Entry is Koha / Donation based. We love hosting these events and want to make it accessible for everyone, so we appreciate anything you're able to provide in return for our time and energy.
Starts at 7 pm - after the 5:45pm Power Flow.
No experience is necessary.
Come along with a partner, or pair up with someone on the night.
There will be guided warmups and exercises and we encourage safety by working in groups of three - a base, a flyer and a spotter.
We can cater to more people who are more advanced, or people just starting out.
