The beloved Christchurch Acappella choir, Musica Balkanica, along with their 6 piece ensemble band are looking forward to giving you the opportunity to hear the variety of uplifting, infectious and rhythmical songs that the Balkans have to offer. A program of moving love songs to frantic gypsy beats will give you a real Slice of Balkan Life!
The concert includes pieces from Bulgaria, Romanian, Kosovo, Serbia, Hungary, Croatia, North Macedonia and Slovakia.
Songtext will be screened in written English to ensure a better understanding of content for all those attending the concert.
