Join artist Xin Cheng in launching her publication "A Seedbag for Resourcefulness."

A Seedbag for Resourcefulness’ is a publication culminating over a decade of research on everyday resourcefulness and small modifications to shared spaces made by non-specialists, through walking, doing and talking with makers around the Asia-Pacific and Europe.

To launch, Xin invites you to a special screening of her moving-image meditation, ‘Making Like a Forest’, followed by a conversation around some remarkable examples of human adaptions collected from Auckland and Berlin, Taipei and Hamburg, and places in-between.

Xin is visiting Te Awakairangi Lower Hutt to undertake further research towards an exhibition at The Dowse later in the year. We invite all potential collaborators and resourceful enthusiasts to attend!
