We will explore various kinds of mindfulness practices, including basic yoga, mindful walking, mindful sitting or lying meditation, mindful eating, or just simple movements and stretches. Beginners are welcome!

Cost includes notes and teas.
Venue: Natural Living Yoga studio, Founders Heritage Park
Please bring some paper or a journal, a pen, a blanket, a cushion, a water bottle, and your lunch.

With the changing times of COVID-19, a full refund will be given if the day of mindfulness is unable to go ahead.
(The Natural Living Yoga Studio at the Founders Heritage Park has a separate entrance to the Founders Park. You don't need to enter the Founders Park. Park at the back of the car-park and you will see a yellow building and the entrance to the studio is on the bottom right-hand side.)
