The class focusses on meditation, breathing and gentle movement. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat (or towel or blanket). A casual yoga class which is suitable for beginners.
Each class consists of a short meditation, a warm up which relates to joint rotation, the practice of some asana (yoga poses), followed by breathing exercises and finishing with rest, savasana.
The class is koha, and the recommended donation is $6.
