The successful youth sport resilience programme is aimed at young sportspeople (11+) who are looking for an introduction to mental skills and sport psychology.
The young athletes attend four workshop sessions in person which include various practical activities, videos, stories and relatable examples from different sports. The kids will also receive a useful booklet to take home with them so they can remember and apply the learnings from each session in their sporting season.
