Yogi Dance Party with Jesse D Brand

Come party Like A Yogi! (It also happens to be Nikki's birthday).

Join Jesse for an energetic, rhythmic, yoga class, that then evolves into free form ecstatic dance, plus some call and response mantras to add to the excitement.

EDM - Dance music is produced live, slowly building through the addition of real instrument that are recorded and looped. During this period Jesse leads participants through yogic breathing and postures, deliver to the rhythm of the music, help people to loosen up, and feel into their body.

As the energy and tempo build the group are evenly set free to explore their body through their own expression of moment and dance. At this point, call and response chant is also introduced to encourage everyone into a deeper release by singing from the heart. Finally a return back to earth, and everyone finds a place to lay down for a guided sound healing and shavasana.

Silent Disco - The event takes place with everyone wearing provided wireless headphones, hearing both the music and Jesse's voice, creating an intimate and personal experience.

Jesse is a yoga teacher, musician and music producer. He has been developing events like these over the past years, and performing from music festivals to yoga studios. Join him on a journey that frees the body and mind, while opening the heart.
