Join Daisy Jane and Arachai as we dive deep into a 2 hour Yin and sound journey.

Serenaded by hangpan, heartbeat percussion, singing bowls and mantra, we create a space to explore our inner landscapes.

Slowing down, tuning in, softening and creating space within our bodies and minds. We acknowledge Yin to be the perfect antidote to our fast-pased, modern 'Yang' lifestyles.

Our practice is followed by a live performance of original music to enjoy whilst sipping on cacao, before closing with community song and time to connect.
